How to place orders?

Please read our terms & conditions before placing orders.

Email all orders to just_tw_fashion@yahoo.com.sg using the format given stated in each post.

Kindly note that NO PAYMENT = ORDERS NOT TAKEN IN.

We will reply to ur email with an invoice within 1-2 days, once we confirm receive ur orders & 1st payment.

Email us again if u did not receive confirmation from us after 2 days from the date u email us.

To prevent lost of email, please save our email address in ur safelist.

Payment Calculation

For accessories sprees:

There will be two payments.

1st Payment (For items, handling & material fees, shipping fee) :

[ Total NT$ / 20 ] + [ $0.50* no.of items ordered ] for handling & material fees * 1.034 for PayPal additional charge + shipping fee = S$ Amount to pay

** We are making payment to TW sellers using our PayPal account, there's a charge to our account, PayPal(3.4%)of overall order charges.

2nd Payment (Local Postage fee)

Will collect this payment after items arrive at our place. Notification Email will be send out to inform spree-ers.

For clothes sprees:

There will also be two payments.

1st Payment (For items, handling & material fees, shipping fee) :

[ Total NT$ / 20 ] + [ $1.50* no.of items ordered ] for handling & material fees + shipping fee = S$ Amount to pay

Second Payment (Local Postage fee)

Will collect this payment after items arrive at our place. Notification Email will be send out to inform spree-ers.

For Payeasy 女人我最大 spree:

There will also be two payments.

1st Payment (For items, agent fee, handling & material fees, shipping fee) :

[ Total NT$ / 20 ] *1.15 + [ $3.00 * no.of items ordered ] for handling & material fees + shipping fee = S$ Amount to pay

Second Payment (Local Postage fee)

Will collect this payment after items arrive at our place. Notification Email will be send out to inform spree-ers.

With effect from March 09's sprees, we will be charging Shipping & Local postage fee according to the rate below:

For accessories
Shipping fee:
Normal items - S$1.00 per item

Local Postage fee:
Flat rate - S$1.00 per item

For clothes
Shipping fee:
Normal items - S$2.50 per item
Heavier items - S$4.00 per item

Local Postage fee:
Flat rate - S$1.50 per item
Registered postage(only for more than 10 items)- additional of S$2.24 on top of the flat rate

For Payeasy 女人我最大
Shipping fee:
Normal items - S$3.00 per item
Heavier items - S$5.00 per item

Local Postage fee:
Flat rate - S$2.00 per item
Registered postage(only for more than 10 items)- additional of S$2.24 on top of the flat rate

How to Pay ?

We accept only POSB Internet Banking(IB)/ATM transfer.
POSB account no: 194-27954-0
To transfer to our UOB account, please email us to get our account number from us.
We DO NOT meetups for collecting of payments.
We do not recommend sending of concealed cash.

Postage Mode

We will email u regarding 2nd payment once items arrive at our place.
Please make the 2nd payment within 3 days.
We reserve the right to sell off ur items if 2nd payment not made after 1 month from the date email notification sent to u regarding 2nd payment.
We will revert back within 1-2 days to confirm receiving of ur 2nd payment.
We will mail out ur items as soon as we receive ur 2nd payment.
Pls check out mailing status page regarding ur package(s).
We are only mail out ur items using NORMAL Postage.
For registered mailing, only applicable for 10 items or more.
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost mail. We will indicate our returned address on all package(s).
We DO NOT do meetup for collection of items.
